It’s meaningful work but it can also be isolating, exhausting, and deeply personal. The Serendipity Executive Director Network was created to change that. Built for leaders who understand the unique challenges of the Executive Director role, this exclusive yearlong network offers a confidential space to connect, learn, and recharge alongside peers who truly get it. Here, you can share openly without fear of judgment, gain perspective from others walking the same path, and strengthen your leadership with practical insights and genuine support. You don’t have to carry it all alone. Join the Serendipity Executive Director Network a place where leadership meets understanding. Program Details: • Begins January 13, 2026, meeting monthly on the second Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. (EST) via Zoom • 1½-hour sessions • Limited to 10 participants • Facilitated by Kim Spangenberg, MS, with over 30 years in the nonprofit sector, including 15 years as an Executive Director/CEO • Annual investment: $500

Cancellation Policy
Registration for the 12-month Serendipity Executive Director Network (January–December 2026) is non-refundable. Once your registration is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts or missed sessions. In the unlikely event that minimum participation is not met, Serendipity Grant Writing & Consulting reserves the right to cancel the Network prior to its start date. If this occurs, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their payment. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
